"I attempted to sign up for this service as a means to help my tenants rebuild their credit. After going through the application process and receiving 1 single email stating that a particular individual was reviewing my request, I heard nothing back. I was given only the name of the individual working my account with no contact info. It has now been months since I began the sign up process and have received no communication indicating approval/denial nor do I have an account. UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
